Description
This one day workshop is designed for senior operators and management, which will provide a recap of the DWSP program and what the next steps should be. The participants will gain a better understanding of the DWSP relationship with the risk assessment management approach and interrelationship of Know Your System and Asset Management. The Next Steps portion will address what to do with the identified risks, required interventions and how to implement the developed action plans. Ongoing validation and verification of the DWSP inputs and outputs will be highlighted.
NOTE: Participants are encouraged to bring a laptop or tablet with their completed DWSP to enable group discussions and review of the top identified risks.
