For 2025, Pre-Seminar Workshops are moving! Workshops will now be hosted at
The Banff Centre - Kinnear Centre Building.
If registered to attend a workshop, it is strongly recommended to take the free shuttle bus to and from the Banff Park Lodge as parking is extremely limited.
If arriving on your own, please ensure you have time to travel and familiarize yourself with the new location.
Late arrival will result in ineligibility for workshop CEUs.

Pre-Seminar Workshops
Registration for Pre-Seminar Workshops is now open! Each workshop is approved for 0.3 CEUs and requires separate registration from the Seminar. Pre-registration is required and on-site registration is NOT accepted.

Cost:
- $140 plus GST
Monday Workshop Lunch:
- Lunch will be provided for anyone attending both the morning and afternoon sessions on Monday only. Please advise if any dietary restrictions apply.
Shuttle Bus:
- AWWOA is running a complimentary bus service to and from the workshops from the Banff Park Lodge. It is strongly recommended to take the shuttle. Departure times and additional details will be provided once you’ve signed up.

Onsite Parking:
- Parking at the venue is extremely limited and registrants are highly encouraged to take the shuttle bus. If choosing to drive, registrants are responsible to follow all parking rules on-site. Failing to do could result in a ticket or tow at your own expense.
